Hello, here is iHoverboard, we want you to be as happy as possible with your shopping experience. As a result, we have a customer friendly returns policy. Any damage or faults you may find must be reported to the iHoverboard team within 48 hours. If you find that you no longer want or need a particular product, we have a 14-day money back guarantee, ( Since receiving goods ) and 180 days repair service for consumer.

For more than 14 days, the customer needs to pay for after-sales repair postage and replacement postage by consumer, within 60 days, we agree with the customer's refund, but the consumer needs to pay us some product depreciation fees.( Please refer to the table below for details)
Refunds and exchanges will be subject to the condition all products are returned to us. That is, unused and packaging intact, and in its original packaging. A full refund may not be given if the item is not able to be resold as new.

If you're wondering whether or not you should return your product because you're having trouble setting it up or assembling your new item, please feel free to get in touch, and we will be more than happy to give you the helping hand you need.

Return Place

If you insist on returning our products, please contact us, we will send you a return address, you need to return to the original shipping address or the following address.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Order Cancellations

All orders can be canceled if the item/items ordered have not shipped yet. Customers will be charged an 8% processing fee for all canceled orders. Please go to “My Account” and find “Cancel Order” to submit the cancellation request, or you can also cancel the order by sending an email to [email protected].

Please note: Cancellation requests submitted through the website link or an email will have to be confirmed with a follow-up confirmation email. Please contact us at the above email if you did not receive the follow-up email. 

Damage During Shipping

In very rare cases, the item received may be damaged during shipping, if such a thing happened, please contact [email protected] with photo(s) and/or video(s). Scratches on the product caused by free accessories during shipping do not qualify for product replacement or compensation.

Please note: Damages caused during shipping are highly time-sensitive issues and it is the customer’s responsibility to conduct immediate product examination upon receipt.

Claims for damages caused during shipping later than 7 days from the receipt of the product will not be accepted.
